Indian luxury hotel chain, the Oberoi Group, recently announced that its plans to develop three new hotels around India. This includes cities such as Mumbai, Goa and Madhya Pradesh, where the company will invest around US$148 million to develop three exclusive hotels. The expected time for completion of the hotels is between 2008 and 2011 and will inject an extra 1500 rooms to the hotel market in India. Oberoi Group is also planning to construct luxury airport hotels in other areas around India such as Bangalore and Byderabad. In addition, the group are also planning on developing in other areas such as Cambodia and the Maldives. | Daily Extras!
