JOBS| City Head – Operations (2 nos) Mumbai/ Bangalore

* Requirement : Have thorough knowledge of various types/ styles of fine dining restaurants / cuisines. Should have understanding of Financial/ Cost Controls/ Hard Core operations/ Well conversant with System implementation.

* Qualification : Hotel Management Graduate form recognized institute. Should be at least an F & B Manager/ Banquet Manager with a leading 5 star property.
* Experience : 10 – 15 years.
