Very important position for whole kitchen. The right candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in operating in both industrial catering as well as fine dinning type of cooking environment. The correct candidate would have experience in Indian / Arabic / continental / Far Eastern type of cooking. Should be capable of preparing cost effective menus for both industrial cooking and fine dinning.
