Earlier, I would advice people to walk up to the HR office in any hotel and ask if the hotel was looking for people, today I still maintain that. Its the fastest direct route to getting a job.
But then, you can go cross-country can you? Here is the Taj Group effort. If you feel you fit into anything particular (in terms of designation) click on the link and apply. whenever openings come up, this database will be used. I dont know how effective this is, yet ( I will talk to some people on this....) but what the hell, its better to be in the database than not!
