Catch the recruiter’s eye!

Ok. Here it is.

With my little exp as a recruiter, let me tell you the things that would make it easier for you to catch my attention (and considering that all other recruiters do the same thing, I guess this would work for them too!)

1. Mention the Job/Job Code/Company you are applying for in the subject....................

2. Mention a summary of yourself in the mail itself.......................

3. Try and ensure your resume is no longer than a page.................

4. Please read the job post.........................
