We asked this last week and may I say thank you to the ones who were honest!!

The time I have spent in the industry and now that I am recruiter, I must say, the actual number is much higher than the 27% that has come up here.

My only suggestion & take away from this is.. be creative with your resume, just don't lie outright.

If you do, do it, don't get caught!
