Acquires 76 per cent stake in Iceberg Industries

Cobra beer, the largest selling brand in the UK plans to launch all of its brands in India over the next two years. Cobra has acquired the Bihar based brewery, Iceberg Industries and is planning to invest $50 million for the same.
