Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd opened the group's first signature South Indian restaurant styled Brahmin's Kitchen, at the premises of the Priyadarshini Theatre in Palakkad in Kerala on Friday. P.S. Saminathan, Managing Director of the company, said Pyramid Saimira is focusing on creating a niche for itself in food & beverages segment and Brahmins's Kitchen is the first initiative to bring authentic traditional Brahmin food in modern format.
