Choice Hotels India will spend $190 million to develop 20 new hotels, representing 2,000 guest rooms, throughout the country by 2010. The company has also announced its plans to open the 120-suite Clarion Ludhiana Hotel in Ludhiana, Punjab by the end of the year.
