Experience in preparation of authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes is required. Duties include preparation and cooking of all types of Indian and Pakistani traditional dishes including chicken/lamb/fish/prawn karahi, different types of chicken/lamb roast, different types of biryanis, vegetable curries, lentils, Chinese dishes, etc and special cuisine including hareesa, haleem, nihari, kunna, etc and traditional deserts, designing menu for routine customers and maintaining the same, responsible to maintain and improve food quality, introduction of new dishes, responsible for the back of house team, ensuring that the kitchen is run to the company's operational and financial standards, effectively run the restaurant kitchen in area of profit management, stock, wastage control, hygiene, organisation, food standards, observations, training and personnel within the department. To oversee the running of the kitchen on a day to day basis, ensuring that the correct standard are in place. To continually seek to develop and improve the image and reputation of the department through your personal effort. To carry out monthly stock takes. To compile where necessary new menus. Suitable candidates must have worked in busy kitchens and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants must have 3 years of experience in similar role
Must be able to speak good English.
Must posses good health

Contract period: 24 months renewable.
Accommodation and food on duty provided.

The candidate will have to sponsor for his work permit and the employer will not sponsor.
