Shrishti Hotels, part of the Kanoria group, has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with Italian hotel chain Domina Group for management of 25 new hotels in India. The joint venture is expected to make an investment of around Rs 2,400 crore till 2012. The plan is to build four-star hotels and resorts having 100-200 rooms.
