Sahara group promoted Sahara India Club Royale Corporation Ltd today said it has entered into an agreement with Carlson Hotels Worldwide for setting up a Radisson Hotel at Sahara City, Lucknow at a cost of Rs 100 crore. Under the licensing agreement, Sahara would manage Carlson's property in Lucknow -- Radisson Hotel Lucknow Sahara City Homes - expected to be operational by first quarter of 2010, Sahara and Radisson said in a joint statement. The hotel would operate under license from US-based Radisson Hotels International, a fully-owned subsidiary of Carlson Hotels Worldwide. The hotel would be spread across an area of 3.68 acres and would house 135 rooms and 15 service apartments. | Daily Extras!
