The Residence Hotel

The Residence, a Bangalore-based boutique hotels and service apartments chain, is firming up plans to open 10 more boutique hotels and service apartments across the country by the end of the 2008.

The company currently runs three properties - two in Bangalore and one in Delhi. It opened a 40-room Rs 4-crore boutique hotel in Hyderabad on Friday.
