The Position:
To contribute to the generation of revenue and service of customers by providing a high quality, fast, efficient and friendly customer service for reservations, ticketing, fares and telephone sales queries. To offer/sell all Emirates special products, promotional activities and special offers.



To convert calls and inquires to sales and constantly look for ?sales opportunities? when servicing customers through cross selling, up selling etc.

To offer ongoing support to management in achieving Service Quality Level (SQL) targets. To be able to calculate fares by the application of currency regulations, using the normal published rates.To be able to project the Emirates image at all times by being fully conversant with market and industry information.

To liaise with hotels for passenger room reservations.To perform duties as assigned by Passenger Sales & Service Supervisor or Sales Manager.

Experience and Qualifications:
Education to a minimum of High School level or equivalent.
2 years previous experience in sales/reservation or similar experience within a recognised airline or travel agency.
Must have completed basic fares and ticketing and intermediate fares and ticketing
Proficiency in Geography and Mathematics
Fluency in written and spoken English.
