The candidate should have about 7-10 yrs experience in F & B (Hospitality Industry) and should be a Graduate in Hotel Management. Job responsibilities include ==================== Handle the operations in A.P. Managing a large team of people in A.P & report to GM - F & B Responsible for smooth functioning and profitability of the various business units. Monthly estimates and Profit & Loss of each units Preparing of Annual budget for each units Verifying and authorizing purchase and sales documents of all units.
