Well-known chef Sanjeev Kapoor joins Citymax in a JV Celebrity chef, author, TV host, food entrepreneur and dancer Sanjeev Kapoor has added another feather to his many-splendoured toque by signing up a joint venture with Citymax, a leading brand of the retail giant, the Landmark Group which boasts of 500 retail stores across India and Middle-East and currently employs over 14,000 people. Famed for its Lifestyle chain of stores as well as Max and Home Centre, Citymax has now taken the Global Franchise Rights for all three Restaurant Brands of Chef Kapoor - Khazana Fine Indian Dining, Grain of Salt and The Yellow Chilli. Announcing the partnership with Sanjeev Kapoor, Ravi Saxena, MD, Citymax said, "The objective is to serve the growing demand for Indian Food across the world.
