The Indian food processing market is expected to increase three fold by 2015 to touch $ 310 billion from $ 105 billion currently, according to a study. India will increase its share of world trade in food and agricultural products to $ 20 billion by 2015 from the current $ 7.5 billion, the study said quoting the Government figures. The food processing industry is likely to increase as incomes grow, lifestyles change, more women enter the workforce and prices fall, the CII-Accenture study "Making the connection: India's digital future", which was released here on Monday, said.
